Jobs in the no-fee cities have only 2 steps and no payment. For other cities, the candidate's details are saved as "Left at payment" as soon as they reach the payment step, so you can call them if they leave. Candidates pay with PhonePe or any UPI app and enter the UTR number. You check the money in your PhonePe app, then press Approve or Reject in Applications. Tip: a PhonePe Business UPI ID works best; some apps block fixed-amount payments to personal UPI IDs.

The job filter on the website is made from the jobs automatically: spellings like "udaipur" or "Udaiur" are joined into one city, and areas go under their city. Categories are fixed groups chosen in each job.
